I love this product, and it has a great flavor. I have no issues with the product itself, rather the fact that the manufactured date on the jar I received was over a year ago, leaving only a few months left until the "best by" date.

Great VCO...I use to cook and add to my coffee each morning with some organic honey, too. Living the dream.

I was using for oil pulling and all so massage when I was doing a massage I found these little black specks which I thought were metal. They are very rough on the skin. if they are rough on the skin can't imagine what does on the inside of my mouth or even to swallow it. Bought another bottle and it has the same little black specks. Its not steal shavings or it might be aluminum. Is this from a machine. Really liked this until now.

Now I wouldn't take this to heart for anyone who hasn't seen a doctor. I knew what I had before my doctor figured it out and I couldn't deal with the unbearable pain that came with this problem. Turns out that it is a type of nerve issue. I started researching and looking at what people who dealt with this all their life were using. Turned out they had been applying coxonut oil into their meals regularly as well as using it as a topical on the problem area. Going into Coconut oil as a newbie, I decided to try two different brands. A grocery store generic and this one. The grocery store generic didn't touch it at all and I felt as if it was only supposed to be used for taste instead of tbe health benefits. However- this one has become my number one first aid treatment until I find a medication that suits my needs well. This helps numb the pain of my problem area and helps me sleep at night or go to work without issues. This product has brought my life back. I have also found that as a mouth breather, my gums will bleed with brushing them- this product in contradiction to the last, will help curb the bleeding. It also helps with moisturizing your bathtime and sore throats. For the bath- I place about a tablespoon in. For sorethroats, I get out my favorite tea- get a couple slivers off the oil, mix it in with my favorite sweetner and it helps curb my cough and sore throat for a bit when honey and liquids wouldn't. I can't wait to figure out what more this can help with since it has helped me so much since a year ago.

May I to know the coconut oil can mix with shampoo

Frozen as a moisturizer on my face, arms, neck and put some on my eyelashes before I go to bed. Great flavor for oil pulling!

i love to use this coconut oil on my 4 month old daughter's hair. smells really good too.
